Join us for our annual Valley West Stampede, held this Labour Day weekend in partnership with the Langley Riders Society! This event is a perfect blend of a classic rodeo tradition and a fresh approach, set in the heart of Langley’s vibrant community.

As a food truck or market vendor, this is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your products to over 10,000 visitors over the long weekend in a lively, family-friendly environment. Our fully sanctioned event features four thrilling riding events and mutton busting for kids, drawing in audiences from across the region.

Secure your spot now: food truck spaces are available for $900 for the weekend, and market vendor spaces for $600. Bring your own setup, tent, tables, and generator (if power is required), and be a part of this unforgettable weekend.
Vendors are expected to stay until 5pm, while food trucks should plan to stay for the duration, as the beer garden and live music will continue until 9:30 and there will be lots of hungry patrons.

Gates are open from 11:00 am to 9:30 pm each day, with rodeo performances from 2:00 pm to approximately 4:30 pm. Don't miss your chance to be a part of this exciting event—reserve your space today!
Cancellations do not guarantee a refund. Refunds will only be issued if the space can be filled with adequate notice at the organizers discretion.

Payment is required in full to confirm your spot at the Stampede. Vendors not paying in full will be waitlisted. Food vendors are required to upload your Health Operating Permit. Payment can be made via the link on your invoice, or e-transfers are accepted at:

Vendor spots can not be guaranteed. We will do our best to accommodate. Vendors with a regular attendance will have priority over location. If you do not show up for your designated load in time, we can not guarantee your vendor location.

You are required to bring everything you need for your booth setup. Including, chairs, tables, tents, lights, etc. Keep in mind that there is very limited shade so you may want to invest in sides for your tent.

Please make sure you have a reliable POS system and data/hot spot. The market has a very heavy attendance and the cellular network can be slow.
